Software Applications/Languages: Advanced training in Microsoft Office 2000 and 97 (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint). Paint Shop Pro 6, IE, Netscape, Outlook, Outlook Express, HTML 4, PC Assembler and Visual Basic.

Networking: Design and installation of Peer-to-Peer and Client/Server network architectures, documentation, static and dynamic IP addressing, administration, create/delete accounts, policies, use TCP/IP utilities, implement fault tolerances, data security, configure protocols and perform backups. Windows NT, 2000 and Linux.

 

Internet: Installation and configuration for Cable, DSL, and dial-up. Wireless internet connections.
